Rendalssølen, 2019 - postcard

A Hiker's Art is a series of postcards with hand-painted motifs from Dalafjällen, which I painted in gouache while I was out on hiking trips.

This motif is of Rendalssølen, also called Drottingen, a characteristic Norwegian mountain which is clearly visible from both Idre and Grövelsjön. Here I have painted it while I was camping at a watering hole below Städjan.
