ABOUT MOONSTONE CREATIVE STUDIO

I've always been a jack of all trades when it comes to art, no single art form has been able to quench my thirst for expression. Since childhood I've been experimenting with dance, music, painting, sewing, writing, photography. When I was to choose a college i thought "What art form haven't I tried yet?" and chose theatre. After college I thought ”Is there any profession where I can do all this at once?”, and the closest I could find was filmmaking. So I took an intensive course in Practical Filmmaking at Met Film School in London. 

But when I then moved home to start my carreer in film and tv, I slowly realised it wasn't enough. I'm a restless soul, and doing the same thing for an extended period of time drives me insane.

So then it hit me that I'll have to create my own profession if I am to have the life I yearn for. I have to pave my own way.

And so the idea for Moonstone Creative Studio was born, a company where I make the rules. Where I can illustrate, write books, produce films, create products and whatever else I feel like. 

For starters I'm focusing on creating illustrative products, in order to build a foundation from which I'll be able to work on more risky things in the future, such as films and books. But to the core, Moonstone is about doing what I love, and turning it into a living.
